We have had an exciting festival, filled with world premieres of musical theatre that evoked times long past, told new stories and looked to the future. A festival featuring recurring moments of performance, musical signposts, thought-provoking and controversial discussions, a vibrant CAMPUS and a constant stream of new encounters in the tent.

The entire Münchener Biennale team would like to thank all our sponsors, all our co-production partners, all the artists and, above all, an audience that turned out in such numbers to embrace these musical theatre adventures and contributed significantly to the festival’s special atmosphere.
